Teacher in Delta State Arrested For Alleged Rape Of 6-Year-Old Female Student inside School Toilet

 


A male teacher in Delta State has been arrested after being accused of raping a 6-year-old female student in the school toilet.

The victim's aunt took to her social media platform to call out Royal Children School in Asaba, Delta state.

She said the incident had been reported to the police station but the school is trying to settle out of the police station

Royal children's school must be shu.t down, my 6-year-old niece was r@ped repeatedly by a teacher In the school toilet.

She was badly injured and scattered down there 😡😭

I am heartbroken 💔 the school is trying to cover up the matter.

They have messed with the wrong child, I won’t let this slide ever.

My sister is hurt beyond words, my family is hurting too.

I need help 😭please help me tag the right authorities to take up the matter for me.

BREAKING NEWS: HOUSE OF REPS CONCURS WITH SENATE ON OMO-AGEGE ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT BILL

The House of Representatives has, by way of concurrence with the Senate, passed the Senator Ovie Omo-Agege ‘Bill for an Act to make Comprehensive Provisions for the Prohibition and Punishment of Sexual Harassment of Students by Educators in Tertiary Educational Institutions’. The House passed the Bill in its Committee of the Whole on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.  This is a major development in the principled quest for a stringent national law to properly deal with the inhuman scourge of sexual harassment in our academic campuses.  With this development, the Bill will now be transmitted to President Muhammadu Buhari for his assent.
