I Just Boarded A One-Chance Taxi Along Kanuda Road, They Are Driving Us Into A Dark Place -Lady Says







A few hours ago, a beautiful lady recognized as Lima Modu, put up with her social media and shared her heartbreaking ordeal, in the hands of one-chance operators in Kaduna, Nigeria.

According to Lima Modu, she said that she joined a bus that was taking her and other people to the market but the bus began to develop a series of faults on the way, so she decided to disembark and took another car. She, however, said that she boarded another, stressing that she realized that the driver was taking her and other passengers into a dark place where they were robbed of their money and phones as she acknowledged that she almost got raped but nothing happened to her except for the beatings she received from those men.

Lima Modu, however, said that she was whisked to a nearby hospital where she regained consciousness, stressing that a guy who was in the car was stabbed severally because he was trying to preserve the incident from happening.

It may interest you to know that the lady had already alerted people on social media when she suspected the wrong move from the taxi driver that was when she said on Twitter that she just boarded a one-chance taxi along Nnamdi Expressway in Kaduna, and they were taken her to a dark place".

BREAKING NEWS: HOUSE OF REPS CONCURS WITH SENATE ON OMO-AGEGE ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT BILL

The House of Representatives has, by way of concurrence with the Senate, passed the Senator Ovie Omo-Agege ‘Bill for an Act to make Comprehensive Provisions for the Prohibition and Punishment of Sexual Harassment of Students by Educators in Tertiary Educational Institutions’. The House passed the Bill in its Committee of the Whole on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.  This is a major development in the principled quest for a stringent national law to properly deal with the inhuman scourge of sexual harassment in our academic campuses.  With this development, the Bill will now be transmitted to President Muhammadu Buhari for his assent.
