EZECHI RECEIVES NDOKWA PDP WOMEN, SOLICITS THEIR SUPPORT FOR ATIKU,OKOWA, SHERIFF OBOREVWORI AND OTHER PDP CANDIDATES




Members of the Women's Wings of the Peooles Democratic Party, PDP, in Ndokwa land have been told to always take advantage of their numerical strengthen during elections to guarantee victory for the party.

The PDP candidate for the Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency House of Representatives election, Hon Nnamdi Ezechi, made the call on Sunday when Ndokwa Women's Wings of PDP visited him in Asaba.

Ezechi urged the women to remain united and supportive of the party and its candidates, assuring that government would continue to do its best to make life more meaningful to the people.

He thanked the women for their support and prayers before the party primaries and promised to provide quality representation that would give every Ndokwa sons and daughters a sense of belonging, with tangible dividends of democracy to show across the Ndokwa nation.

The House of Reps candidate reminded the women that the task ahead of the 2023 election was enormous and enjoined them to effectively mobilize eligible voters to participate in the voter registration exercise by INEC and obtain their Permanent Voter's Cards to be able to vote for PDP candidates in the elections.

Ezechi thanked them for their love and support for Governor Okowa, pointing out that greater support was needed for the Governor as the running mate to the PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and for the state's governorship candidate, Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori', before and during the 2023 elections.

Earlier, the leader of the PDP women, Mrs Doris Aniteze, congratulated Hon Ezechi on his victory in the primary election and pledged continued support for him and all the PDP flag bearers.

The group, which joined the Sunday service at Hon Ezechi's Emmanuel Chapel, described the emergence of Governor Okowa as running mate to PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, as an act of God and the victory of Ezechi as the will of God.

Others who spoke on the occasion included the President General of Ikolobie Ndokwa, Comrade Nzete Anslem, the PRO, Comrade Azaka Agwuocha.

Present were Comrde Henry Emeli, Comrade Okwuwa Ezechi, Comrade Bright Enueshike, Comrade Okey Chukwuma, Comrade James Udogwu, Comrade Oji Chinyeugo  and Pst Collins Oputa, among others.
