SPEEDAF EXPRESS KILLED MY DREAM




According to Comrade, Owen, a Departmental President in UNIBEN, "I wish to once again put the world and the good-spirited Nigerians on alert on how SPEEDAF EXPRESS has consecutively frustrated my dreams and successive visit with her NEGLIGENCE of duty of her client(s).

I have booked several audiences and appointments with prominent Nigerians, using my good office as a student union president but almost all of them proved abortive as a result of a breach of contract on the agreed date of delivery.

FIRST EXPERIENCE:
I sent a letter of a courtesy visit to a prominent Nigerian who domicile at Portharcourt using SPEEDAF EXPRESS on Friday 1st July 2022. A visit I was to pay on the following Friday 8th July 2022. I paid for the parcel to be delivered with SPEEDAF EXPRESS staff assuring me that my parcel would be delivered on Monday 4th July 2022, that they don't work on weekends. On the said Monday, SPEEDAF EXPRESS failed to deliver my parcel to the address and finally delivered on Wednesday 6th July 2022 as against Monday they promised. This made me miss the visit till today.

SECOND EXPERIENCE:
I booked another audience again with a prominent Nigerian Televangelist who is domicile in Auchi. I delivered the letter on the 8th of July (Friday), 2022 using the same delivery company. 

This time SPEEDAF EXPRESS staff told me that they deliver within three days, that my letter will get to Its destination highest on Wednesday 13th July. This was a visit I was to pay on Tuesday 19th July. Wednesday came and passed, my letter was not delivered even when I paid for the service on the day of submission of my letter to them. Thursday came and passed, the letter wasn't delivered, and Friday came and passed the letter wasn't still delivered. 

I picked up my phone in the cool of the evening and pointed out the consequences of their actions and the damages, and emotional and physical trauma they have caused me. They rushed and delivered the letter the following day 16th July being Saturday (weekend) they told me they don't work on it. This time around I missed the second visit like the first one because of SPEEDAF EXPRESS's late delivery of my parcel.

THIRD EXPERIENCE:
I booked another audience again with a popular Warri-based Televangelist who through his staff informed me to submit my letter of courtesy visit unfailingly last week to his office.

I went to the SPEEDAF EXPRESS office this time around because it is the delivery company closest to me. I submitted my letter again on Thursday 4th August 2022 and paid for the service. The lady there who is one of the SPEEDAF EXPRESS staff that attended to me received my letter and told me again that they will deliver my letter on Saturday that Warri is not far after all. I left the office in good faith because Saturday was still within the time range given to me to submit my letter by the man I booked an audience with.

 Till today, my letter is still in the possession of SPEEDAF EXPRESS even a week after I submitted my letter to them for delivery.

What has been done wrong to deserve this huge damage by SPEEDAF EXPRESS?

BREAKING NEWS : Ovrode Community Shuts Down Ughelli/Asaba Express Way

BREAKING NEWS: HOUSE OF REPS CONCURS WITH SENATE ON OMO-AGEGE ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT BILL

The House of Representatives has, by way of concurrence with the Senate, passed the Senator Ovie Omo-Agege ‘Bill for an Act to make Comprehensive Provisions for the Prohibition and Punishment of Sexual Harassment of Students by Educators in Tertiary Educational Institutions’. The House passed the Bill in its Committee of the Whole on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.  This is a major development in the principled quest for a stringent national law to properly deal with the inhuman scourge of sexual harassment in our academic campuses.  With this development, the Bill will now be transmitted to President Muhammadu Buhari for his assent.
